At SmartLounge, we strive to deliver high-quality services with transparency and professionalism. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

Cancellation

Cancellations are permitted under the following circumstances:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If the client explicitly requests to cancel the project, SmartLounge will honor the request and discontinue further work.
  • Non-Payment: If the client refuses or fails to pay the agreed-upon amount within the stipulated timeframe, SmartLounge reserves the right to cancel the project.

Please note: Once a project is cancelled, all associated deliverables, timelines, and obligations are considered void unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following condition:

  • SmartLounge-Initiated Cancellation:If SmartLounge cancels the project due to internal reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be processed at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not applicable for client-initiated cancellations or non-payment scenarios.

All cancellation and refund decisions are final and subject to review by SmartLounge’s management.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness, accountability, and clarity for both parties.
